Legislative Conference

 

 

Held during the Legislative Session, NMAC members converge to review the county perspective with their legislators. 

 

Legislators are invited to join us at the conference during our Legislative Breakfast and Closing Session Luncheon among other events. 

 

The Multiline Insurance Pool holds it General Membership Meeting.

Better Informed Public Officials (BIPO) Conference

 

 

 

Each election year an educational meeting is sponsored to review the basics of professional county government.  It is designed to aid those recently elected and acquaint them with county government as well as to serve as a refresher course for current officials.

NMAC Annual Conference

 

 

Held in June, this business and educational conference presents an opportunity for county officials, employees and state leaders to interact. 

 

The focus is to develop and adopt NMAC policy for the coming year, work on legislative issues for the upcoming Legislative Session and provide educational programs specific to each affiliate. 

 

Our officers are elected at this conference and the Worker’s Comp. Pool  Board holds it General Membership Meeting.
