Under general supervision of the County Manager or designee, accomplishes the objectives of the Finance Division by strategically planning, organizing, and managing all functions required to assure optimal return on financial assets, establish financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems. Ensures all financial functions, programs, and records, including accounting, payroll, procurement, and budget, are maintained in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and Governmental Accounting Standards. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
