The County of Lincoln (hereinafter referred to as “County”) is requesting competitive sealed proposals from qualified individuals and/or law firms to provide contracted Attorney Legal Services for Lincoln County ensuring maximum protection of legal rights and continued operation consistent with federal, state and local laws.
