This position will update ownership of property from deed transfers and plats and court documents. Employee must modify mapping information, GEO codes, legal descriptions and lot sizes. All Data Analyst I should complete and passed the IAAO Course 101 within 18 months. This is a requirement for this position. You should have some understanding of legal descriptions, deeds, and subdivisions and maps. Employee must work with the public on deed questions. Must be able to exercise independent judgment and perform all duties with minimal supervision. Employee may be required to work irregular hours, attend job-related meetings and classes out of town, and perform other duties as assigned.
