Under the general direction of the Finance Director, oversees the efficient operation of all work tasks within the Finance Department. This includes coordination of the day-to-day operations and supervision of accounting, auditing, budgeting, procurement, payroll, complex grant reporting, inventory management, and the performance-based budget process.
