Under general supervision the Facilities Management Director reports to the Taos County Deputy County Manager – Administration and/or Taos County Manager, and is responsible to perform a variety of professional managerial and administrative duties related to planning, organizing, directing and coordinating of staff and resources to develop a maintenance plan to meet goals established for the Taos County properties.  The Director leads, directs and supervises reporting personnel, including work procedures, workloads, and work schedules by directing the workflow in such a manner as to promote productive efficiency of employees, a safe working environment, and managing the work unit in keeping with applicable laws and Taos County’s policies, guidelines.
