This position will provide support for the Finance Department. The Finance Support Tech will be a direct assistant to the Finance Director and Assistant Finance Director completing various administrative tasks. Will assist with accounts payable, payroll, purchasing, budget, fixed assets and grants management. This will include, but not limited to, data entry into the financial system and Excel, create spreadsheets, organize, file, scan and copy documents. Will be a back-up in the case where AP Specialist, Procurement, or Payroll Specialist are not available. Will perform general clerical work such as answer phones and order office supplies, and daily mail. Employee may be required to work irregular hours, attend job related meetings, and be required to perform other duties assigned.
