Under general supervision of the Human Resources Manager or designee, has operational responsibilities for the daily functions of human resources programs, such as recruitment, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations, training and organizational development. Provides advice, assistance, and follow-up to departments, employees, and/or members of the general public in the application of specified policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinates the resolution and/or referral of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries. Develops, expedites, and maintains files, records, and other documents as needed. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
