This employee will monitor and manage the County’s digital public records request portal, Next Request, used for processing IPRA (Inspection of Public Records Act) requests. Ensures all incoming requests are processed timely and tracks all pending responses. Updates County’s custom templates and settings as needed within portal. Maintains portal’s holiday calendar to keep requesters informed of all holiday-related closures. Communicates with Next Request Tech Support staff as needed to address staff and requester technical issues within the portal, and clearly communicates solutions to staff and requesters as appropriate. Inputs public records requests received via other means (mail, email, by phone, or in person) into the Next Request portal for processing.
