Under general supervision of the Chief Information Officer or designee, manages and administers the provision of supported applications and user support services. Ensures the cost-efficient provision of hardware and software services, support, problem analysis, and core technical support. Provides technical leadership and participates in strategic and organizational planning for the delivery and support of supported information technology services. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information.
