• Why pretending nothing happened isn’t a best practice or a management strategy
• How to identify, prevent, and report inappropriate behavior
• The risks of workplace romantic, consensual relationships (when love blossoms and then withers and dies) and sexual harassment.
• That virtual or off-the-clock harassment still counts. If you wouldn’t say it in person at work, don’t say it on Zoom, text, email, or anywhere Wi-Fi exists.
• What constitutes retaliation and how to avoid it
• Key principles for fostering respect and reducing county liability
• Responsibilities of employees, supervisors, and managers in stopping harassment
• The role of “bystander” intervention
