Responsible for handling all human resources related matters, including but not limited to benefits, new hire orientation, discipline, employment reporting, recruitment, hiring/termination processes, grievances, investigations, etc. Guides management and employee actions by planning, organizing, developing and implementing policy and procedures that communicate and enforce organizational values and are in accordance with best practices and applicable federal, state and local employment laws.
