Under the direction of the Public Works Director, provides leadership, management, organization, direction, and supervision of all operations and activities of the County’s Road Departments. Demonstrates strong ethical, professional, and service-oriented leadership. Responsible for the training, performance management, and morale of the Road Department. administers the department budget; formulates administrative policies; and develops plans to serve the current and future road needs of the County.
